With a 15 year background in HSE and C-Suite executive management in the oil and gas industries, Mardi witnessed the disharmony between the masculine and feminine energies in the corporate environment long before it became a part of popular culture as it is today. LOGO DESIGN & BRAND STORY
Based on Mardi’s brand values, her logo is an adaptation of a traditional monogram, to create an impression of presence and elegance. The M represents M for Mardi, however if you turn the logo upside down, it represents a W for the women Mardi helps in her business. To give the logo and expansive and transformational feel that represents change and growth, each corner of the surrounding square forms an arrow pointing outwards. The diamond in the centre of the logo represents the elusive harmony in performance that is found when the ‘fine line’ of balance is achieved by both organisations and individuals. Finally, a serif font is used to give a modern feel to the more traditional, elegant monogram.
